Key considerations on deciding the feasibility of potential location for your dental clinic.

1. Zoning: Make sure the location, (the address) is zoned for dental clinic. You can usually obtain this information from planning department of the City.
   

2. Site Parking: Investigate the parking requirement for your use. typically you will need more parking for dental use versus retail or regular office. City Planning and Zoning will be able to assist you with that.
   

3. Electrical and Plumbing: there are higher level of plumbing and electrical service requirement for dental clinics. This will require an actual site investigation by the general contractor and their team.
   

4. HVAC: Ensure that the building supplies enough conditioned air and ventilation. You will need to have your GC or other trade professional investigate that.
   

5. Accessibility: Ensure accessibility for people with disabilities, parking, ramps, ADA restrooms, Etc.
